We loved seeing student's smiling faces back at Hagood today! Mrs. Ray/Mrs. Wood's K5 class celebrated a special new year's countdown with a balloon drop!
ALL PRO DADS will meet this Friday, January 5th in Hagood's cafeteria from 7:00-7:45 am. Forest Acres Elementary School Principal, Andy Holliday, will be speaking and Landmark Baptist Church will be providing breakfast. We are looking forward to our first ALL PRO DAD meeting of the 2024 year! See you then!

Hagood Tour of Trees: Mrs. Stone's 5th grade students chose their most loved “read-to-self” book and through the author’s use of imagery, created a scene from their favorite part of the novel. The wooden tree ornaments were designed by the students. Each student had one 16 inch bamboo stick and one popsicle stick. After drawing their design, they had to measure, record, and mark where they wanted Mrs. Stone to cut each piece. Once they built the trees, they were able to paint and decorate it to hang on the class tree. What a fun, creative project!

Our Student Council students and their families helped receive gifts at Hagood today during the "2023 Jeep Toy Drive"! We enjoyed fun indoor games (due to the rain) while we waited for the rally to arrive. Great job Student Council!
